What We do

Some people like to exercise in a group while others like to train solo – and some like to do both!

My clients are the reason I offer both group and individual training options. They have requested it, I enjoy the variety – and ultimately, I see my clients grow and surpass their pre-conceived fitness capabilities.

We have morning and afternoon “crews” who (lucky for me) loyally show up every week, rain or shine, to get active together.

They’re a very welcoming and friendly bunch who love seeing new people join in…. after all, they were in the same position once and know how you might be feeling.

Meet Laura

Hey there! I’m Laura Ecclestone – fitness enthusiast, proud Mum, and all-around “Mounty.” I’ve been in the fitness game for over 20 years, and honestly, I love it just as much now as I did on day one. My passion for health and movement is what sparked the idea for Result Based Training (RBT), and it’s been an amazing journey watching it grow.

The best part? Seeing people transform—not just physically, but mentally too—when they decide to commit to themselves. At RBT, we’re a supportive bunch, all at different stages of our fitness journeys but chasing the same goal: to feel fitter, stronger, and healthier. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about showing up and surprising yourself week after week.

RBT actually started in my backyard back in 2012 with just a handful of people. It didn’t take long before we outgrew that space, and now we’ve got this amazing community where everyone feels welcome—whether you’re just starting out or already a fitness pro. There’s nothing better than seeing someone go from struggling with one push-up to smashing their goals. That’s what it’s all about for me.
